Who are we?

The Sacred Seed was born from my own deeply personal fertility journey.

After years of bouncing between GPs, specialists, and clinics, receiving little more than blank stares and standard scripts. I was left feeling invisible, overwhelmed, and painfully alone. The only option I was offered was IVF, an expensive, invasive, and emotionally draining process that didn’t feel right for me.

Desperate for something different, I began exploring holistic and non-traditional approaches. And they worked, offering not only physical healing but emotional support I hadn’t found elsewhere.

This life-changing experience led me to train as a womb and fertility massage therapist in 2021, with a deep desire to support others navigating similar struggles with fertility and menstrual health.

In 2023, I welcomed my healthy baby boy into the world, conceived naturally, without medical intervention. He is my living reminder of the power of this work.
